  • (A) Free fluid in the abdomen
  • (B) Look for other causes of hypotension (this fluid isn’t “free” – has nice walls: liquid content swirling around in the stomach – probe is place too anterior in the LUQ)
  • (C) Free fluid in left pleural space
  • (D) This patient has a splenic lac
